Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/8 c sugar (note:use1/4c lite sugar)
1/4 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar by electric mixer til it gets soft peak
2. Add sugar and beat til hard peak (just like when you making merringue)
3. Sift flour into the mixing and fold it softly with rubber spatula
4. Add vanilla and milk extract into batter
5. Pour in half pound cake size pan (small pan) and bake at 180C for 30-40 mins
