1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and cook on griddle like you usually would pancakes. 2. I will drizzle slightly warmed icing over them or dust them with powdered sugar. The girls live them tinted pink with food coloring and sprinkled with candy confetti. 3. I think I'll try doing a cinnamon roll variation next time by adding a little pumpkin pie spice to the mix and to the icing :)
