Angel Cake

Ingredients:

9 big eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups applesauce

1 1/2 cups water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cream of tartar
