Ingredients:

4 ounces champagne

1 ounce gin

1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup

crushed ice

1 1/2 teaspoons sparkling burgundy

orange slice

maraschino cherry

Directions:

1. Combine first 3 ingredients; pour into a 12-ounce serving glass filled with crushed ice. Carefully pour wine over top. Do not stir. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
