Andouille Spinach soup

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) andouille sausage sliced thin
1 bag(s) frozen spinach. thawed or frozen
1 can(s) black beans undrained
1 can(s) baby butter beans undrained
1 can(s) fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can(s) progresso tomato basil soup
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon(s) basil
1 teaspoon(s) parsley
10 cup(s) beef broth
1 tablespoon(s) garlic
1 box(es) ditalini pasta
Directions:
1. In a large soup pot Saute your sausage, onion, celery, garlic on low until sausage is almost completely cooked. Add spinach and saute for about another 3 mins if thawed 5 mins if frozen. Add your beans, tomatoes and soup and beef broth and simmer for 25 to 30 mins Add your pasta and simmer for another 5 to 10 mins. Turn off and let stand for 10 - 15 mins for best taste.
