Anchovy-Garlic Butter With Lemon and Parsley

This is delicious on halibut steaks, but would also work for other fish. Adapted from America's Test Kitchen.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (1/2 stick)
1 anchovy fillet, minced to paste
1 garlic clove, pressed through a garlic press (or minced to paste, about 1 teaspoon)
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, minced
1/2 teaspoon table salt
Directions:
1. Beat softened butter with a fork until light and fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.
2. Dollop a portion of butter over pieces of cooked fish, allowing the butter to melt; serve immediately.
