Ancho-Chile Marinade

A great marinade that can be used on steak, flank steak, lamb, chicken, shrimp, etc.. It certainly will become a family fav.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled
4 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves or 4 teaspoons dry oregano
2 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions:
1. Add the wine, oil, garlic, oregano, ancho chile powder, lemon juice, green onions, brown sugar, salt and pepper into a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth.
2. Marinate 2 - 24 hours.
