Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 13x9x2 pan with foil.
  2. Combine the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a food processor or with a mixer. Process/mix until the mixture forms a ball. Press into the foil-lined pan using your hands or a spatula.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently. Spread evenly over the cookie layer.
  4. Chill for several hours.
  5. When ready to serve, allow the candy to come to room temperature before cutting into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
