Amish Meatloaf

My husband normally HATES meatloaf, but because of the sauce, he loves this one. I usually have left-over sauce after baking. I just sit it to the side for a topping.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 slices bacon
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients, except bacon.
3. Press into loaf pan and top with bacon.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Mix sauce and spread over top during last 15 minutes of baking.
