Lately I have been into recipes from the American heart association because of my bad heart. This one is great for lunch or a snack
Ingredients:
12 1/4 ounces albacore tuna, drained
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Combine all ingridients and chill until ready to serve.
