Directions:

  1. 1. Place two slices of cheese onto each side of bread.
  2. 2. Place bacon and tomato slices onto one side of bread.
  3. 3. Close sandwich.
  4. 4. Spread evenly 1/2 teaspoon of lightly salted butter onto each side of the bread.
  5. 5. Grill over moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes.
