Ingredients:
11 oz can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/4 cup falked coconut, toasted
8 oz cream cheese with pineapple
1/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped and toasted
Directions:
1. Set aside 3 orange sections for garnish.
2. Chop remaining orange sections; set aside.
3. Stir together cream cheese, coconut and almonds until smooth.
4. Gently fold in chopped oranges.
5. Arrange reserved orange sections on top.
6. Refrigerate.
7. Serve with any type of nut bread or gingersnaps.
