Growing up, I could always count on my mother serving this salad at every family get-together. Holidays, barbeques, you name it, she served it.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
3 cans mandarin oranges drained
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sour cream
1/2 jar maraschino cherrys drained & cut in half
crushed nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
2. Refridgerate 2-3 hours (overnight is better)
3. Sprinkle with crushed nuts before serving.
