A perfect salad for the holidays...and the colors are gorgeous too. Cook time excludes chill time.
Ingredients:
20 ounces pineapple in juice
11 ounces mandarin orange segments
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup walnuts, broken
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple and oranges.
2. Combine everything except sour cream and sugar.
3. Mix sour cream and sugar together and stir into fruit mixture.
4. Chill.
