One of my husband's favorite slaws. He would eat slaws 2 times a day seven days a week if I were willing to make it. I do make this one often and he loves it. Hope you do it.
Ingredients:
1 medium head green cabbage shredded
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped radishes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white vinegar
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine all vegetables.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in jar and shake well to make dressing.
3. Combine dressing and coleslaw and mix well.
