Amazing Turkey Lasagna!

This recipe is modified from on a friend of mine gave me. I tried to cut the fat everywhere possible. This is probably the best lasagna recipe I have found.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground turkey
3 ounces italian sausage
36 ounces spaghetti sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
10 ounces lasagna noodles
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs fat free mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Brown meat, Drain. Add sauce, garlic, and basil leaves.
2. Cook noodles and drain.
3. Blend egg, salt, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.
4. Spray a 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray, put half of the noodles, then half of the cheese mixture, then half the mozzarella, then half the sauce mix, then repeat.
5. Bake at 375 for 45 minute.
6. let stand 15 min before serving.
