Amazing Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes |

I made these mashed potatoes at the Art institute of Colorado thanksgiving dinner and won first prize. Enjoy Goes great as a side with any meat Ingredients:
5 russet potatoes |
milk |
three cloves of garlic |
4 tbl spoons of cream cheese |
8 tbl spoons butter |
1/4 cup of sour cream |
pepper |
garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Boil peeled, quartered potatoes until you can cut through them with a fork with little effort
2. drain water
3. mash sour cream, chopped garlic, butter, and cream cheese with the potatoes
4. mix and add milk while blending to desired consistency
5. add garlic salt and pepper to taste
6. serve
