From Amarula. When I make this I think I'll try a light rum as I don't have this brand. Ingredients:
1 ounce appleton estate jamaica rum |
1/2 ounce amarula cream liqueur |
1/4 ounce chambord raspberry liquor |
1/4 ounce cream of coconut |
ice cube |
fresh raspberry, garnish |
Directions:
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass. 2. Garnish with a fresh raspberry. |
