This sounds good. From 'Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages' by Christie and Thomas Katona. Ingredients:
1 ounce amaretto syrup |
1 ounce chocolate fudge syrup |
1/2 ounce almond syrup |
2 shots espresso |
milk, steamed and foamed |
chocolate whipped cream (chocolate whipped cream) |
Directions:
1. In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso.
2. Fill cup with steamed milk, top with foamed milk and top with Chocolate Whipped Cream.
3. Serve immediately.
