Amaretto Cheesecake With Apricot Glaze

AMARETTO CHEESECAKE WITH APRICOT GLAZE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Mast Estate in Garland, Texas in 1992.
Ingredients:
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup almonds chopped and toasted
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter melted
filling
32 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup amaretto
glaze
1/2 cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon amaretto
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs, almonds, sugar and butter together.
2. Press onto bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour mixing until well blended.
4. Add eggs one at a time mixing just until combined.
5. Blend in sour cream and liqueur and pour over crust.
6. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes.
7. Reduce oven temperature to 250 and continue baking for 1 hour.
8. Run knife around rim of pan then cool on wire rack then chill.
9. To glaze cake combine jam and liqueur in a saucepan then heat until warm and smooth.
10. Strain mixture and pour over cheesecake before removing sides of pan.
