An awesome raw pate recipe from my good friend Amanda.
Ingredients:
2 cups cashews or 1 1/2cup almonds (soaked for 8 hours)
salt or miso paste (to taste)
lemon juice ( from 1 lemon)
olive oil (to desired consistancy)
fresh herbs (ie. cilantro, parsley, dill etc.)
garlic or onion
optional - cumin, maca, kelp powder
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor
2. mix well
3. enjoy
