Delicious, easy, and healthy. What more could you ask for? You can easily modify this to your taste- I would suggest adding in a bit of celery.
Ingredients:
1 starkist chunk light canned tuna, can, drained
1/2 small onion
1 dill pickle
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Eat on whole wheat bread, in a pita, in a tortilla, on crackers, or however else you can eat tuna salad.
