Amanda's Oatmeal Spice Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups quick cooking oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/8 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 1/2 tbsp flax seed
3/4 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together. (Almonds are slivered and apricots are diced).
2. Add room temp butter, mixing in with hands.
3. Slightly beat egg, with vanilla and honey.
4. Add to other ingredients.
5. Scoop in 1 tbsp balls onto cookie sheet.
6. Bake 350f for 13 mins, or until tops are golden.
7. Cool on rack and try to stop yourself from gobbling them up! {Smiles}
