Alouette Mediterranean Bruschetta

This is great summer appetizer for BBQ's and Fourth of July! Fresh shrimp with creamy cheese and crispy toast, your friends will love this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread, sliced
4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
1 lb pre-cooked cocktail shrimp
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette sundried tomato & basil
Directions:
1. Preheat grill or oven to broil setting.
2. Mix olive oil and 1 teaspoons chopped parsley and brush on both sides of French bread slices.
3. Grill or broil the French bread slices 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp and let cool.
4. Spread Alouette® Sundried Tomato & Basil evenly over the French bread slices and top with pre-cooked shrimp.
5. Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley and serve.
