very tatsy aloo gobi
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
2 small potatoes
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 chopped onion (small)
1 chopped tomato (small)
2 green chilies
salt
2 g cumin seeds
2 g turmeric powder
2 g chili powder
2 g allspice
2 teaspoons oil
Directions:
1. fry onion in oil until golden brown.
2. add ginger paste , sliced potatoes , cauliflower florets .
3. simmer for 2 minutes .add tomatoes , cumin seeds , salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder .and all spice.
4. cover it with lid and cook for 7 minutes.
