Aloha Salmon Salad

Simple, easy and quick.
Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained & flaked
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled seeded & diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and toss together.
2. Chill.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
4. And yes that is 1T black pepper.
