1 1/2 cups napa cabbage
1 1/2 cups red cabbage
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 scallions
1 carrot
1 lime juice
1 tsp.celery seeds
1 tbl.whole grain dijon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
sea salt
fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
1. shred cabbage.
2. julienne carrots.
3. chop scallions.
4. in a seperate bowl mix dressing.
5. add:.
6. mayo.
7. curry powder.
8. cider vinegar.
9. lime juice.
10. honey.
11. celery seeds.
12. whole grain mustard.
13. sea salt.
14. fresh cracked pepper.
15. pour dressing over cabbage, carrots, and scallions.
16. mix and chill.
