Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
2 pound(s) chicken thighs
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
2 cup(s) crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon(s) garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/2 cup(s) ketchup
1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400*. Arrange chicken in a single layer n well greased 9x13 glass pan. In small bowl mix together spices and vinegar. Brush half of mixture over chicken. Bake chicken 15 minutes. Turn pieces, baste with remaining mixture and return to over for another 15 minutes.
2. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar. Spoon over chicken, return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
