Almond Vanilla Yogurt Loaf

A moist and flavorful cake-like loaf for afternoon coffee
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened.
4. Pour into Loaf Pan coated in non-stick cooking spray.
5. Bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
6. Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
