Almond Sauced Omelet

This is very different, very unique and very tasty. Try it when you are ready for a change from the same old everyday omelet.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup parsley sprigs packed
1 can green chilies
1 green onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup almonds roasted
3 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon thyme
3 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. In blender puree parsley spring with chilies, chopped onion, salt and sour cream.
2. Turn into saucepan then stir in almonds.
3. Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
4. Beat eggs with water and thyme.
5. Cube cream cheese and stir into egg mixture.
6. Heat butter in skillet until bubbly then pour in egg mixture.
7. Lift omelet edges and tilt omelet pan so uncooked portion flows to bottom of pan and cooks.
8. Slide omelet onto heated platter and fold.
9. Then pour almond sauce over omelet.
