Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup sliced peach
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. This makes a great breakfast.
