Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup oil
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix the beaten egg with the milk, oil and almond extract.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and chopped almonds.
4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix just to combine.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
