Tofy, Soy Milk, Yogurt and Almond Smoothie. Approved for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the South Beach Diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat low-sugar vanilla soymilk
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
6 ounces firm silken tofu
1/4 cup dry-roasted almonds
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve cold.
