Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
3 dates
1/4 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/16 teaspoon clove
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
