Almond-Coffee Delight

This is one of my recipes published in Southern Living

Ingredients:

1/4 cup amaretto

1/4 cup kahlua or 1/4 cup other coffee-flavored liqueur

1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

5 -7 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until frothy.
2. Serve immediately.
3. Yield: 2 1/4 c.
