This dip recipe is great. Great way to use up leftover or different kinds of cheeses I have on hand.
Ingredients:
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese(or whatever you have or prefer)
2 tb mayonnaise
1/8 tsp onion powder
dash pepper
dash louisiana- style hot sauce
1 green onion,chopped
1 tb sliced almonds
crackers or veggies
Directions:
1. In small bowl,combine first five ingredients;stir in green onion and almonds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
2. Serve with crackers or veggies.
