Almond-Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup almond butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cashews
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Beat butter and almond butter until light.
3. Add sugars and beat until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
5. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
6. Stir in oats and cashews.
7. Drop batter by tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
8. Bake 10 - 15 minutes.
