Allen's Fresh Pita Chips

Great tasting snack.
Ingredients:
18 ounces pita bread
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
2. Place aluminum foil in a cookie sheet. Apply a litht coat of olive oil on the foil, to grease it.
3. Cut the slices of pocket pita bread into small triangles.
4. Place the pita triangles on the sheet, with equal distance between them.
5. Mix seasonings with olive oil in a small bowl.
6. Apply a thin layer of the mixture on the upper portion of the pita triangles.
7. Bake the pita triangles in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. You may increase the duration depending on the thickness of the triangles and desired crispness.
8. Remove when evenly baked.
9. Flip the pita chips over and lightly coat the opposited side with the same mixture. Return to oven and cook for an additional 1 to 3 minutes.
