All Purpose Mock Hollandaise Sauce

I originally found this recipe in a cooking smart magazine, then realized the versatitility it had! Uncooked, it can be used on sandwiches. Cooked, it's a great low-fat hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup salad dressing (i use miracle whip)
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Directions:
1. mix ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook 5 minutes until bubbly.
3. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
4. Uncooked, it works well as an all purpose sauce.
