I have been trying new flavors and healthier foods, and I wanted to have a quick and wholesome meal that could give me energy by using natural ingredients. I just started improvising by mixing everything I could think of in the blender, and it came out delicious! This smoothie is rich in protein, omega 3s, and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry
1 banana
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup soft tofu
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
