Ingredients:
16 oz all natural crunchy peanut butter
8 scoops whey protein powder chocolate body fortress
1 cup raw natural honey
105 g (1 cup) red mill 5 grain rolled whole grain cereal
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together well and roll into bite sized balls. refrigerate or freeze. They will melt if exposed to heat for long periods of time.
