I love this recipe. I use a really big muffin pan. I love it because I can make breakfast for a lot of people at one time.
Ingredients:
slices of bread (one per serving)
bacon or minced meat
cheese
tomato
mushrooms
eggs (one per serving)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut bread in circles, a bit smaller than top of muffin pan.
2. Grease the pan.
3. Layer your ingredients.
4. Put some cheese first.
5. Follow with a piece of tomato.
6. Put your meat (bacon or minced meat) ont top of tomato.
7. Cover with some mushrooms.
8. Close all this with a bread sircle on top.
9. Whisk one egg with some pepper and salt.
10. Pour slowly over the bread and let it go through all the way.
11. Put in an oven of 320 F or 160 deg C vir about half an hour or until egg is set.
12. Serve hot.
