All Beef Swedish Meatballs

I tried the Pork version of this recipe and did not like it. So I made my recipe all beef. The family requests this meal to be made.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 onions (sauteed)
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup flour
6 cups milk
1 cup water
9 beef bouillon cubes
2 (16 ounce) bags wide egg noodles
Directions:
1. Dice Onions, put 1/2 stick Butter in fry pan (sautee).
2. Mix Eggs,Salt,Pepper,Allspice,Nutmeg,and Breadcrumbs.
3. should form a paste.
4. Mix paste,Ground Beef, and sauteed onions.
5. Make balls,place on baking sheet, put in 350 degree oven,.
6. For about 50 minutes.
7. Now the sauce:.
8. Put 3 sticks Butter in large pot, melt,over medium heat.
9. Add 1 cup Flour.
10. mix and heat up.
11. Slowly add and constant stirring 6 cups Milk (It should be making a thick white sauce).
12. Add 1 cup boiling Beef Broth ( I use 9 Beef Bouillon cubes per 1 cup water).
13. keep stirring.
14. let the gravy come to a boil.
15. keep stirring.
16. Take gravy off heat.
17. cook the egg noodles it takes about 10 minutes For them.
