Ingredients:
1 medium red onion
14 garlic cloves
1 -2 fresh habanero pepper
2 annaheim bell peppers
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon habanaro pepper sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon savory
50 ounces canned diced tomatoes and green chilies (rotel)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and - uh - process.
