This was served on a cruise that I took this summer, visiting the Alaskan Glaciers. I loved it so much that I asked the Chef for the recipe and have been serving with Iceburg or Romaine, mandarin oranges, and sliced toasted almonds.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons celery salt
3 cups salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 cup onion
1 cup red cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in blender for 3-5 minutes.
