This is that wonderful fresh, bright green, hot sauce served in many Peruvian restaurants. It's great on meats, vegetables, and we like it squirted on a roll with butter.
Ingredients:
2 bunches cilantro, stems removed
1/2 cup olive oil
3 jalapenos, quartered
1/2 teaspoon salt
water, as needed
Directions:
1. In a blender add the cilantro, oil, jalapenos and salt.
2. Pulse, adding water as needed until it’s well blended but not runny.
