Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Process first 9 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture is thickened and emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
