Ingredients:
4 cups ahi, minced
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons white truffle oil
1/2 tablespoon sambal olek
hawaiian salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients, mix well then chill.
