GREAT fresh Tuna recipe!
Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh ahi, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes (yellow fin tuna)
1/2 cup maui onion, chopped
2 stalks green onions, sliced thin (scallions)
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
2 teaspoons shoyu (soy sauce)
3/4 teaspoon hawaiian sea salt (white or alaea)
sesame seeds, a large pinch
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate over night or 6 hours.
2. Serve on mixed lettuce greens or shredded cabbage and top with sesame seeds.
