Another melon cooler drink. I use my LaLane juicer to make it easier.
Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon, diced (no rind)
10 cups cold water
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Mash the watermelon until it is quite smooth. If using a blender, add the diced watermelon and 4 cups of water. Blend for a minute or two.
2. Mix remaining water and sugar in the pitcher. Add fruit mixture to the pitcher and stir. Serve chilled.
